Pacific Insight Posts Record Revenue and Earnings

("Pacific Insight") (TSX: PIH), a world-class electronics and full service solutions provider to the transportation industry, today announced its financial results for the third quarter ended March 31, 2016. All figures are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Pacific Insight's revenues for the three months and nine months ended March 31, 2016 were $35.0 million and $95.9 million, increasing from $22.9 million and $55.2 million, respectively from the same periods of the prior fiscal year. The increase in revenues were a result of new LED interior lighting opportunities and a robust business climate for the Company's product lines within the transportation industry.

Net income for the three and nine months ended March 31, 2016 were $3.2 million or $0.44 per diluted share and $7.5 million or $1.14 per diluted share, respectively.
