Old Republic Declares Regular Third Quarter Cash Dividend Of 18.75 Cents Per Share

CHICAGO, Aug. 23, 2016

This latest dividend increase marks the 35^th consecutive year that Old Republic has boosted its cash dividend rate, and 2016 becomes the 75^th year of uninterrupted cash dividend payments.
