Old Republic Declares Regular Second Quarter Cash Dividend Of 19 Cents Per Share

CHICAGO, May 11, 2017

This latest dividend increase marks the 36^th consecutive year that Old Republic has boosted its cash dividend rate, and 2017 becomes the 76^th year of uninterrupted cash dividend payments.
