JB Schwiers Named President & CEO of GrandSouth Bank

GREENVILLE, S.C., Oct. 6, 2016

JB Schwiers has most recently been serving as executive vice president and COO of GrandSouth. He has 36 years of experience in the banking industry.

We wish Ron the best in his retirement."

Over Schwiers' career, he has served in banking leadership roles that cover the spectrum of start-up community banks to managing a region of over 100 branch offices for an $8 billion state wide bank.

Prior to working at GrandSouth, Schwiers served for 10 years at First Citizens Bank in Greenville and for 15 years at Summit National Bank and 10 years at Southern Bank/First Union National Bank.
