(the "Company") (NYSE: ICD) today announced that Byron Dunn, President and Chief Executive Officer, Philip Choyce, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Chris Menefee, Vice President – Business Development, will present and meet with investors at the Jefferies 2016 Energy Conference in Houston, Texas on Tuesday, November 29, 2016.
