The Company is making valiant efforts to have a pre-meeting "tasting" of the GRILLiT product, but that has not yet been accomplished and may not be possible at the hotel for various reasons.

As to the espresso adjunct, the Company is in the process of acquiring ownership of a roaster of high-quality coffee beans in the fulfillment of its goal of having an espresso adjunct at all locations which will provide for an "after-GRILLiT" coffee and dessert break. The espresso adjunct will also provide breakfast and a mid-morning experience through a wide variety of products with health and taste as the guiding hallmarks.

Last but not least, at the Special Shareholder Meeting, the Company will map out its long-term plans for stronger fiscal fundamentals, a greater physical presence through these United States and will squarely respond to various shareholder concerns.
