NEW YORK, July 8, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Harwood Feffer LLP (www.hfesq.com) is investigating potential claims against Crumbs Bake Shop, Inc. ("Crumbs" or the "Company") (Pink Sheets: CRMB) concerning whether the Company has violated state and/or federal labor laws.
On July 1, 2014, the Nasdaq Stock Market suspended trading of Crumbs stock due to the Company's failure to meet certain listing requirements. On July 7, 2014, Crumbs notified employees that it would be closing all of its stores by the end of the same business day.
