XI'AN, China, Aug. 14, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Future FinTech Group Inc. (NASDAQ: FTFT) ("Future FinTech" or "the Company"), a financial technology company and integrated producer of fruit-related products, today announced it will be delaying the filing of its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2017 (the "Form 10-Q"). The Company has filed an extension with the Securities and Exchange Commission in accordance with Rules 12b-25(b) and 12b-25(c) for the Form 10-Q and anticipates filing the Form 10-Q before the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date.
