ST. LOUIS, June 14, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Cassidy Turley, a leading commercial real estate services provider in the U.S., announced today that Boston-based Franklin Street Properties Corp. (NYSE Amex: FSP) has chosen the firm to lease and manage Timberlake Corporate Center.

Timberlake Corporate Center includes three buildings at 1350, 1370 and 1390 Timberlake Manor Parkway in suburban Chesterfield, MO, that total 348,963 square feet of Class-A office space. Timberlake Corporate Center marks Cassidy Turley's first assignment on behalf of Franklin Street Properties Corp. in metro St. Louis.

Cassidy Turley's Jim Mosby, Managing Director and Principal, and D.J. Fuchs, Associate, will lead leasing efforts, while Lindsey Kriegshauser, Senior Property Manager, will lead property management at Timberlake Corporate Center.
