EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING IN GRIEG SEAFOOD ASA

On 18 December 2009 an Extraordinary General Meeting was held of Grieg Seafood
ASA.
 
The proposal to amend the Articles of Association in order to permit application
of the exemption provided for under the Norwegian Public Limited Companies Act
concerning requirements relating to the distribution of documents which are
accessible to the shareholders on the company’s internet site was approved.
