Kyiv, 29 September 2016 - TMM Real Estate Development Public Limited (ISIN: US87260H1041) ("TMM" or the "Company") announces publication of its unaudited interim condensed consolidated financial statements as at 30th June 2016. The financial statements were prepared in accordance with IAS 34 Interim Financial Reporting. The revenue increased by 10% yoy to USD 6.9 million, with gross margin for the period increasing to 34% from 24% in 1H 2015. The loss for the period decreased to USD 1.8 million from USD 6.1 million in 1H 2015.
