Elsevier and the Nigerian Government Sign License Agreement to Expand Access to Scientific Information and Research Intelligence Tools

Established in 1994, the Association of Vice-Chancellors of Nigerian Universities (AVCNU) is an association composed of vice-chancellors of higher education institutions in Nigeria. The objective of the Committee is to promote the scientific, educational, cultural and economic cooperation between Nigerian universities and foster the dialogue with other national and international organizations.
