dynaCERT Inc. announces Management Changes and Provides Corporate Update

dynaCERT would like to provide an update regarding its announcement on April 23, 2013 regarding AltEnergy Advisors Inc.(AltEnergy).

AltEnergy continues its due diligence of our HydraGen™ technology in order to pursue negotiations and agreements in which a third party can agree to purchase either or both the right to manufacture the System in China (the "Manufacturing Rights") and/or the right to distribution of the System in China. The agreement also indicates that dynaCERT, at its discretion may agree to "licensing agreements" where manufacturing of the product can take place internationally, however; dynaCERT will maintain control and distribution of proprietary and Intellectual Property to third parties.

dynaCERT continues to speak with the Partners at AltEnergy and Global Partners through the due diligence process, and remains open to exploring opportunities that are consistent with the above agreement.
