Disclosure of received notification

Waregem  (Belgium),  30  October  2009  -  Pursuant  to  the  Belgian
legislation of  2  May  2007  relating to  the  disclosure  of  major
shareholdings in listed companies, Arseus received notification on 27
October that KBC Asset Management  NV's holding had fallen below  the
disclosure threshold of 3%.
 
Based on  the  denominator  of 31,195,121  (total  number  of  voting
rights)  and  the  relevant  notifications,  the  structure  of   the
