Management will be presenting at the SunTrust Robinson Humphrey 2013 "Play-by-Play" Oil & Gas Conference, in New York at Le Meridian Hotel, which is being held from May 29^th to May 30^th.  The group presentation will be given by Craig McKenzie, the Company's CEO, and is slated for 12:30 PM ET on May 29. Additionally, investors can arrange for one-on-ones by contacting their SunTrust Robinson Humphrey representative in advance. 

Management will be presenting at the 10th Annual Craig-Hallum Institutional Investor Conference, in Minneapolis, at the Marriott City Center-Minneapolis on May 29, 2013.  Tim Brady, the Company's CFO will be on hand to meet with investors in one-on-one meetings. Investors can arrange for meetings by contacting their Craig-Hallum representative in advance. 

Management will also be presenting at the Benchmark Company, LLC One-on-One Investor Conference on May 30, 2013, which is being held at the Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee, WI.  This is a one-on-one format, exclusively, and Tim Brady, the Company's CFO and Gabe Claypool, President and COO will be on hand to meet with investors. Investors should contact their Benchmark Representative in advance to schedule a one-on-one meeting.
