Cubic Board Member Recognized in National Association of Corporate Directors' Directorship 100

Breakiron-Evans was elected to Cubic's board of directors in early 2017, bringing her strong leadership, extensive background in technology and broad experience in financial and risk management to the company.

In addition to her directorship role at Cubic, Breakiron-Evans is the chair of the Audit Committee and serves on the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee at Cognizant Technology Solutions Corp. She also serves on the board of Ally Financial, Inc., sitting on the Audit and Digital Transformation Committees and is the treasurer and audit committee chair of Stetson University Board of Trustees.

Breakiron-Evans will be recognized at the 11th Annual NACD Directorship 100 Gala on November 29 in New York City.
