Corsa Coal Announces Results of Annual and Special Meeting

FRIEDENS, PA, June 30, 2020

At the Meeting, the following seven nominees were re-appointed as directors of the Company (the "Board") to hold office until the close of the next annual meeting of the Company's shareholders: John H. Craig, Alan M. De'Ath, Peter V. Merritts, Robert Scott, Ronald G. Stovash, Robert C. Sturdivant and Kai Xia. In addition, Urish Popeck & Co., LLC, Certified Public Accountants, were appointed as auditors of the Company. Shareholders also re-approved and ratified the Company's existing second amended and restated stock option plan, in accordance with the requirements of the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange and approved, confirmed and ratified amendments to the Company's to General By-Law No. 1 (the "By-Law Amendment").  The full text of the By-Law Amendment and the Company's management information circular containing additional details surrounding the items of business at the Meeting are available under the Company's profile on SEDAR at www.sedar.com.
