CNP Assurances in Exclusive Discussions With BTG Pactual in Brazil

PARIS, January 13, 2016

CNP Assurances confirms that it has entered into exclusive negotiation with BTG Pactual in Brazil, in order to acquire 51% of its subsidiaries PAN Seguros and PAN Corretora.
