GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo., March 20, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Red Robin reeled in the big one! Guests flocking to Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews this spring can experience a fresh, Lent-friendly menu lineup featuring the Citrus Harissa Salmon burger, Sear-ious Salmon entrée and new Spicy Sriracha Shrimp appetizer for a limited-time.

Available now through June 25, The Gourmet Burger Authority is expanding its Red Robin's Finest menu with the Citrus Harissa Salmon – a juicy, pan-seared and lightly blackened salmon fillet with roasted red pepper harissa aioli, crispy tempura lemon wheels, citrus-marinated tomato and onion, and fresh arugula on a toasted telera bun. Red Robin is also rolling out its Sear-ious Salmon entrée served with bottomless steamed broccoli and house-made coleslaw, as well as the Spicy Sriracha Shrimp, a breaded and fried sriracha-seasoned jumbo shrimp appetizer served with Yukon kettle chips and a side of tartar sauce.

"The spring and Lenten seasons are tough for burger lovers abstaining from eating meat, but our new salmon menu items offer something craveable that every guest can enjoy," said Jonathan Muhtar, senior vice president and chief marketing officer at Red Robin. "As the weather starts to turn and dining out frequency increases, we look forward to delivering the fun and carefree burger experience that guests have come to expect at Red Robin restaurants."

In addition to the new and limited-time offerings, Red Robin is bringing back big salads featuring the Avo-Cobb-O with grilled chicken breast, hardwood-smoked bacon, bleu cheese, hard-boiled egg, tomatoes and avocado on mixed greens. Guests 21 and over can choose to pair any of their favorite menu items with a seasonal Passionfruit Margarita made with Sauza® Blue Silver 100 Blue Agave tequila, Cointreau®, passionfruit syrup and fresh margarita mix, or Pabst Blue Ribbon, a 2016 Great American Beer Festival gold medal-winning American-style lager.
