("CenterState") (Nasdaq: CSFL) today announced an agreement to sell 2,450,000 shares of its common stock (the "Common Stock") to Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, A Stifel Company, and Raymond James & Associates, as underwriters, in a registered underwritten public offering. CenterState also expects to grant the underwriters an option for a period of 30 days to purchase an additional 245,000 shares of Common Stock.
CenterState intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for general corporate purposes.
