Willamette Community Bank Declares Stock Dividend

ALBANY, Ore., April 18, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Willamette Community Bank's (OTCQB: WMCB) Board of Directors has approved a 3% stock dividend, to be paid on May 20^th, 2014 for shareholders of record as of May 5^th, 2014.  The dividend marks the first time that the bank, headquartered in Albany, Oregon, has paid a dividend in its history.  Willamette Community Bank has just come off of a record net income year in 2013, and has also recently announced an expansion into the Salem, Oregon, market with a Loan Production Office.
