HOUSTON, Feb. 2, 2017

The dividend will be payable on March 15, 2017 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 1, 2017 (the "Record Date").  There were 35,095,759 shares of Bristow's common stock issued and outstanding as of January 27, 2017.
