Bank of the Sierra Opens New Bakersfield Branch on California Ave

BAKERSFIELD, Calif., March 20, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Bank of the Sierra is pleased to announce the official opening of its newest branch location at 4456 California Avenue in Bakersfield, California. The bank designed the new location from the ground up, to better suit the needs of the local residents and businesses in this busy area.
As Bank of the Sierra's fourth location in Bakersfield, this newly constructed 6,000 square foot building offers a spacious lobby and features a drive-up window, a walk-up and a drive-up ATM, as well as a lending platform for commercial lenders.
Kevin McPhaill, President and CEO of Bank of the Sierra, expressed his enthusiasm for the new opening. "Bakersfield is one of the Bank's major markets and we were fortunate to secure such a great location along one of the city's busiest thoroughfares. This location has all the attributes our previous California Avenue location lacked: convenient ingress and egress, drive-up banking, superior visibility and great parking. We anticipate the new location will greatly improve the customer experience, one of the key elements evaluated in our branch expansion strategy."
The branch is now officially open for business during the following hours:
9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Thursday,
9:00 am – 6:00 pm on Fridays.
The bank also offers extended drive-up hours:
8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday – Thursday,
8:30 am – 6:00 pm on Fridays.
