The Offering priced 2.85 million shares of common stock at a public offering price of $8.65 per share resulting in gross proceeds of approximately $24.6M to the selling stockholders. In addition, the selling stockholders have granted B. Riley the option to purchase up to 425,000 additional shares. The Offering is expected to close on January 19, 2017 subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
