Asia Bio-Chem Group to announce 2012 annual results and conference call

TORONTO, March 12, 2013

TORONTO, March 12, 2013 /CNW/ - Asia Bio-Chem Group Corp. (TSX: ABC) today announced that it will release its fiscal 2012 annual results on March 28, 2013 at approximately 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.

The Company will hold a conference call to discuss its annual results hosted by Mr. Zhiping Wang, President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Robert Wilson, Executive Vice President, and Ms. Elaine Zhao, Chief Financial Officer.  Details regarding the call are as follows:

In accordance with regulatory requirements, Asia Bio-Chem will file its Annual Information Form as well as a Business Acquisition Report relating to the acquisition of Tieling Wanshunda Starch Company prior to March 31, 2013.
