AEP Industries Inc. Announces Fiscal Third Quarter 2016 Earnings Release Information

MONTVALE, N.J., Sept. 2, 2016

On August 25, 2016, the Company announced that it entered into a definitive merger agreement under which Berry Plastics Group, Inc. (NYSE: BERY) will acquire all of the outstanding shares of AEP in a cash and stock transaction valued at $765 million, including AEP's net debt. In light of the pending transaction, the Company will not hold a conference call following issuance of its fiscal 2016 third quarter earnings release.
