Adams Diversified Equity Fund Announces $19.14 Issue Price of Shares for Year-End Distribution Payable December 22, 2021

BALTIMORE, Dec. 8, 2021

The shares of common stock will be issued in connection with payment of the $2.83 year-end distribution, consisting of $0.07 in net investment income and $2.76 in net realized capital gains. The year-end distribution is payable on December 22, 2021.

The Fund has committed to distributing each year an amount equal to at least 6% of the Fund's trailing 12-month average month-end market price. This year, the Fund is distributing an amount that results in a 15.7% annual distribution rate, far exceeding the 6% commitment. The Fund has paid out capital gains to its shareholders for 57 consecutive years and has paid dividends for 86 consecutive years.
