Issue of Tranche 2 Shares - Placement
88 Energy Limited (ASX:88E; AIM:88E, “88 Energy” or the “Company”) announces that, further to the Company’s announcement on 22 July 2015, it has issued 1,030,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares as part of a two tranche Placement (the “Tranche Two Shares”).
The issue of the Tranche Two Shares was approved by shareholders at a General Meeting held 21 August 2015 and the Tranche Two Shares have been admitted to trading on both the ASX and AIM markets.
Following the above movements, the Company has the following securities on issue:
