In late June, Commerce Resources Corp. completed a site visit to the Ashram Rare Earth Element Deposit in northern Quebec. President Chris Grove and Project Manager Darren Smith led a group of industry professionals and Quebec government representatives on a tour of the camp, outcrops, drill hole locations and bulk sample pit.

The visit happened prior to the start of the second phase of the 2015 drill program. The program will consist of approximately 3,000 metres and will focus on the remaining resource infill, mine-site infrastructure assessment, and hydrological test work as required for the ongoing Pre-feasibility Study.

With that said, I should make it very clear that this current financing – which is still open up until next Thursday, February 16, 2017 – was initiated to bring in the investment from the Quebec government while at the same time, allowing any other shareholders also to participate with the same terms.



In this regard, we are optimistic that the Quebec government will be able to submit their paperwork in the next few days. (They have taken a very long time in their processing of this financing  as the majority of their 1,100 legal employees have been on strike for the last 4 months).



With whatever capital we close on with this financing – with or without the Quebec government’s participation – we will almost surely initiate another financing instrument immediately, with the same terms, to then allow other investors who have been “sitting on the fence” and who are waiting for the Quebec government’s capital to be invested in us.



Therefore, we will advise you of this 2nd financing as soon as we launch it. Although of course, the current financing is still available at this time.

Er hat noch nie etwas gewusst, was nicht allgemein zugänglich war. Woher auch - Insidertipps von Grove ????
Seine Ansagen waren stets für die Tonne ( Kursansage, JV, Infrastruktur etc), jetzt spuckt der sprechende Jubel-Automat zur Abwechslung mal nebulöse Andeutungen aus.
Bewährte Methode:
a) was kümmert mich mein Geschwätz von gestern ?!
b) hab ich es nicht schon immer gesagt ?!
