WordLogic Corp. - New Board of Directors

VANCOUVER, June 8, 2016

My final official acts in the capacity of Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO are to relinquish all responsibility of the day-to-day operation of the Company - and, absolve any other parties. I am also dissolving the standing Board of Directors in it's entirety with the understanding that a new Board of Directors will be formed immediately, along with an interim CEO, of the Board's choosing.

Also, effective immediately Les Hughbanks and John Goodman have been elected to the Board of Directors and Ian Dowding has agreed to serve as the acting CEO and Chairman of the board of directors.

"I have complete confidence in the new board of directors all of whom are prominent shareholders of the Company. The Company can now move forward getting its REACH technology to market."
