wow , strong buy FXCM

ReSplit und nämlich eine Bodenbildung abwarten.

Stand heute sind die Shorts innerhalb der letzten 3 Wochen wieder stark gefallen:
Von 7,566 Mio auf nun 5,956 Mio
--> insgesamt ein Rückgang von 21% innerhalb 3 von 3 Wochen

Jetzt sind "nur noch" knapp 11,8% der ausstehenden Aktien Short, also insgesamt knapp 5,94 Mio Aktien..

Meiner Meinung glaubt der Markt nicht mehr an fallende Kurse und es könnte sich eine Trendwende andeuten...

dient einzig und allein der Insolvenzverschleppung...
Denn somit können die alles schön unter dem Namen der Kredit-tillgung verkaufen.
Nun sind immer noch 195 Millionen offen aber es ist bald nichts mehr zum verkaufen da. Wie bzw. womit wollen die weiterhin Geld verdienen.

eine gut gestaltete Insolvenz kann das Management auch reich machen. Die Shortquote ist nur ein Drittel zu 31.01. der Kurs leider auch.  

ich interpretiere die Situation nicht ganz so schlecht ... Darlehen zu 59 % getilgt durch die Veräußerung von nicht-Kernassets ... ich bin gespannt wie es weiter geht :)

Und die großen Assets werden erst noch verkauft.... Erst dann sieht man genau wie es aussieht....

jetzt heißt es die Schulden los werden und dann steht nem Neustart nix im Weg :-)

Wenn die Schulden getilgt sind ist nichts mehr für einen Neustart da. Du betreibst hier komplette Realitätsverweigerung um noch ein eine Zeitlang einer Hoffnung nachzuträumen.

1.) das kannst du doch im Moment noch gar nicht seriös sagen, weil du die Verkaufspreise der verbleibenden Assets nicht kennst.

2.) Für wen schreibst du eigentlich ? Für die Jungs, die den Laden dann billig übernehmen wollen ? ;-))

Mal im ernst, der Kurs von dem Laden wird in New York gemacht. Hier rechnen die den mehr oder weniger nur um.

Preise der Assets: Ich weiß es selbstverständlich nicht. Die Lebenserfahrung sagt aber: Der Laden hat viel Kohle verzockt, musste deswegen zum Kredithai, also Laden langfristig platt. Zumindest würde ich ein schlechtes Chance/Risikoverhältnis ableiten. Es gibt bessere antizyklische Zocks. Viiiiehhhl bessere.

Insgesamt hat eine Mehrheit von insgesamt 93% für einen Aktien-Resplit gestimmt.
Dies ist das Ergebnis aus der Abstimmung vom 21.09.
Allerdings ist noch nicht bekannt, wann die Aktien zusammengelegt werden - sollten wir aber zeitnah in unserem Depot sehen.

Habe ich hier was verpasst. Habe heute in mein Depot geguckt. Und mein Konto ist dank FXCM explodiert. Was ist hier passiert?
Kann es gar nicht glauben. 8 Dollar ???

Verhältnis 1:10. Also eigentlich sollte deine Aktienanzahl im Depot durch den Faktor 10 geteilt sein.
Bei mir ist aber auch noch die alte Anzahl der Aktien im Depot vorhanden.
Somit ist mein Depot auch gut grün, sollte sich aber morgen erledigt haben, wenn der Tausch vollzogen wird.

bisher kann man von der Kursentwicklung nach Re-Split doch zufrieden sein.

Ich bin es jedenfalls, es kann gerne so weiter gehen. 10% der Aktien müssen ja noch von den Shortis gedeckt werden :-)

wie viel wurde von FXCM an Leukadia schon bezahlt?  Liege ich da richtig wenn es so ca. 170 mio sind?

115 Millionen $ sind bis jetzt getilgt und 195$ sind ausstehend.


Additional­ly, FXCM anticipate­s repaying $33 million outstandin­g under its credit agreement with Leucadia and will have repaid $115 million to date, leaving $195 million remaining.­


Mit dem fokussierten Verkauf von Fast-Match i.H. von Ca. 200mio $ Dollar wäre man dann zumindest rein rechnerisch aus dem Schneider.
Was da aber sonst noch an Vereinbarungen im Vertrag niedergeschrieben wurde weiß aber nicht genau.
