TOKYO, Feb 25 (Reuters) - Japan's leading Internet investment firm Softbank Corp said on Friday the Softbank group's stake in CyberCash KK, a provider of payment systems for electronic commerce, was raised to 49 percent from 39.4 percent.
CyberCash KK, an affiliate of Softbank Finance, allocated 270 million yen in new shares to a Softbank unit, Softbank Corp said.
CyberCash KK is owned more than 30 percent by U.S.-based CyberCash Inc (NasdaqNM:CYCH - news) and provides online credit card settlement services for e-commerce sites and Internet malls.
