bißchen verhalten, finde das Goldpreisrisiko trägt jeder Goldwert :-) außerdem seh ich jetzt weniger Projektrisiken! Der Artikel also Geschmacksache....

Summary
Red Eagle Mining is a gold developer and near term producer in Colombia currently constructing the San Ramon Gold Mine.
San Ramon will be a high grade mine with low all-in sustaining costs.
Red Eagle is fully funded to production but carries high gold price risk.
Red Eagle Mining (OTCQX: OTCQX:RDEMF) is a gold developer and near term producer in Colombia currently constructing the San Ramon Gold Mine at their wholly owned Santa Rosa Project. Santa Rosa is a high grade project with reserves of 405,000 ounces grading 5.2 grams per ton that will have low all-in sustaining costs. The project is fully permitted and fully funded through construction. Red Eagle also owns 71% of the Vetas Gold Project in Colombia which has had impressive drilling results. I think Red Eagle is worth a look as they are one of only a few near term producers and this is often a sweet spot for investors where mining companies make the transition from developer to producer.
Initial production at the San Ramon mine is expected in the third quarter of 2016 with commercial production to follow before the end of 2016. Production is slated to be 70,000 ounces in the first year and average 50,000 ounces per year over an eight year mine life with all-in sustaining costs of $670 an ounce. At a gold price of $1300 an ounce Red Eagle would have margins of $630 an ounce which are very attractive margins. At $1300 per ounce gold using a discount rate of 5%, Santa Rosa has an internal rate of return of 53% and a payback period of 1.3 years which is very good. However, with a current market cap of $145 million compared to a net present value of $104 million at the time of writing, Red Eagle is definitely not undervalued in my opinion. With financing in place and with construction now over 70% complete, I think investors are rewarding the company by bidding up shares as they see the project risk greatly diminishing.
