Wer kennt sich denn mit dieser Aktie aus?
Ich beobachte sie schon einige Zeit und man kann hier immer wieder im kleinen Bereich 100% Plus machen. So wie Heute auf Morgen wieder wie es aussieht. Hier wurde ja schon öfters ein aktienschnitt vollzogen und ich habe das Gefühl das es bald wieder sein könnte. Waere das der Fall könnte es wohl sein, dass kurzfristig ein deutlicher Anstieg passieren würde wenn etwas mit Substanz dahinter steckt.

Waere das der Fall könnte es wohl sein, dass kurzfristig ein deutlicher Anstieg passieren würde wenn etwas mit Substanz dahinter steckt.

ParaFin Announces Bearer Bond Settlement Talks
LOS ANGELES, March 7, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ParaFin Corporation (Pink Sheets:PFNO) owns eight hundred ING Bank N.V. Bearer Bonds with an estimated value of US$1.68 billion.
ParaFin Corporation has increased its efforts to reach a settlement with ING regarding the Bonds. In a letter received from Lawyers for ING dated November 9, 2011, they stated, "We reaffirm that ING still intends to resolve this matter and therefore once again offers to resolve this matter by inspection of the original Bonds, conducted in your presence by ING personnel in Amsterdam."
A meeting to resolve the matter has been proposed by representatives and Lawyers for ParaFin for sometime in January of 2012. Terms of the meeting and names of participants are being submitted by ParaFin's Lawyer.

Die Resource Development Group, Inc. gibt bekannt, dass sie am heutigen Tage die in der Türkei
ansässige SYAT Ltd. Holding zu 100% übernommen hat. Zu dem Unternehmen SYAT Ltd. gehören
verschiedene Mehrheitsbeteiligungen, so auch an der E25 A.S..
Die Türkische Aktiengesellschaft realisiert in den Bereichen Waste Management and Environmental
Energy verschiedene Projekte in Ostanatolien (Türkei). Unter anderem die Übernahme und
Erweiterung einer Mülldeponie, die 2008 durch ein deutsches Unternehmen errichtet und seitdem
kommunal betrieben wurde. In der Endausbaustufe wird nach der aktuellen Fachplanung auf der
Deponie Strom, und Düngemittel produziert werden Der derzeitige Umsatz liegt bei USD 5 Mio. p.a.
und weist einen Gewinn zwischen USD 1,2 bis USD 1,5 Mio. aus.
Die geplante Investition in den Ausbau der schon bestehenden Anlage, beträgt USD 30 Mio. Diese
Maßnahme ist durch Mittel der EU und des türkischen Staates förderfähig. Neben einer langjährigen
Befreiung von Lohnnebenkosten sind die Erträge aufgrund der Förderregion in Höhe von 90% auf die
Dauer von 9 Jahren steuerfrei. Erste Gespräche verliefen bereits erfolgreich und es wurden bereits
Vorverträge abgeschlossen.
Der angestrebte Umsatz nach Ausbau der vorhandenen Anlage liegt bei USD 30 Mio. p.a. woraus ein
Vorsteuergewinngewinn von USD 10 Mio. (30%) zu erwarten ist. Der mögliche Steuervorteil ist hier
noch nicht berücksichtigt.
