Hätte eigentlich eine höheren Wert erwartet, da der Kurs gestern ins Bodenlose gedrückt wurde. Kann mir nicht vorstellen dass so viele SL  abgefischt wurden...

die schreiben von, aber kaufen nix.. sonst hätten wir schon in dt viel bessere Kurse.. Aber vielleicht kommen ja noch ein paar.. wie ich.. und springen auf nen Zug.. :p

In the absence of further action by the Company's Board of Directors, the Rights will generally become exercisable and allow the holder to acquire the shares of the Company's common stock at a discounted price if (a) a person or group acquires beneficial ownership of 10% or more of the Company's outstanding common stock or (b) any person or group commences a tender or exchange offer, the consummation of which would result in such person or group acquiring beneficial ownership of 10% or more of the Company's outstanding common stock. Rights held by the person or group triggering the rights will become void and will not be exercisable.

The issuance of Rights is not a taxable event, will not affect the reported financial condition or results of operations (including earnings per share) of the Company and will not change the manner in which the Company's Class A common stock is currently traded.

Also wie, wenn ich 1000 Stück habe bekomme ich eine A Aktie? Und die ist 11$ Wert oder wie?  

immerhin macht sich das Board gedanken.. das heißt die haben sich noch nicht aufgegeben und wollen was schaffen.. wenn doch nur kapieren würde was da oben steht.. kann nicht sagen obs gut oder schlecht für nen kleinen Aktionär ist..  

ich glaub die 5 usd per opening wünschen sich nicht nur die amis,......sondern auch die unsrigen,....besonderst die,..die andauernt solche traumzahlen posten,....ich wünsch mir die auch,...bin ja invest hier,...nuuuuurrrrr,.....ikannsnedganzglauben:))
