EMB Corporation To File Form 10-KSB/A

COSTA MESA, Calif., March 15 /PRNewswire/ -- James E. Shipley, President and CEO of EMB Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: EMBU) announced today that the Company will be filing a Form 10-KSB/A in order to regain compliance with the SEC reporting requirements.
Mr. Shipley said, "We acknowledge that effective Monday, March 13, 2000, the symbol of the Company was changed to "EMBUE" to reflect current non-compliance with the SEC requirements for reporting companies. It appears that the Company's Form 10-KSB, which was filed in January 2000, was incomplete as Edgarized and filed. However, management of the Company is confident that the Company will, again, be fully compliant with the SEC reporting requirements well in advance of the NASD-mandated deadline, following filing of the Form 10-KSB/A."

Die Aktie hat heute +9% gemacht,nur ist allerhöchste Vorsicht angebracht,wenn hinten ein E auftaucht.Das heisst grundsätzlich,dass es Aerger mit der Börsenaufsicht gab und die Aktie nicht mehr am OTC gehandelt wird.Offenbar ist beantragt,sie wieder zuzulassen.Von Übernahme steht hier nichts,nur dass die Unterlagen unvollständig waren und EMB seitdem EMBUE heisst-und dies war auch bei 4 anderen Seiten noch nicht mal zu finden.
