leider kann ich mit den ganzen Postings wenig anfangen.
Wie ist denn die Lage derzeit für die Escrow-Halter ?
Mir wäre ein Bericht wie vom Faster bei WMI fast lieber als so viele Postings, die ich als Nicht-Finanzexperte und als Nicht-Jurist schwer verstehen kann.
Kannst Du nicht immer mal wieder ein wenig zusammengefasste Informationen aus Deiner Sicht posten ? Ich habe auch ein paar Seiten zurückgescrollt, aber leider habe ich diesbezüglich nichts gefunden, wie ich es z.B. bei WMI oft finden kann.
Wie ist denn die Lage derzeit bzw was findet gerade statt und auf was muss man warten ?
Wenn Du Dir schon die Mühe machst, hier die vielen Informationen zu posten, so würde mich auch Deine Meinung über den aktuellen Stand im Klartext interessieren.

... stehen derzeit eindeutig im CENTRUM der actuellen Serie derer Subpoenas ISSUED.

WIESO das so ist, ergibt sich aber nicht aus denen letzten "paar Seiten", sondern aus zwei fundamentalen Sachverhalten, die ich hier vor [grob geschätzt] circa einem Jahre schon eingestellt habe.

Diese damals dargelegten, fundamentalen Sachverhalte nach so langer Zeit noch als bekannt voraus zu setzen, war - das zeigt Deine Frage ganz deutlich - in der Tat ein Fehler; und zwar kein Fehler auf Seiten des Lesers, sondern ein Fehler auf MEINER Seite.

Ich suche die einschlägigen Fundstellen nachher erneut 'raus und stelle sie verlinkt und commentierend hier 'rein, damit die Sache klarer wird.

Mag auch drann liegen, dass ich mich bei Lehman einfach generell weniger eingelesen habe als z.B. bei Wamu, weil meine Escrow Anteile bei Lehman doch eher klein sind.

Mir würde schon eine kleine Info mit der Meinung Deinerseits zum aktuellen Stand genügen.

Sieht es gut und vielversprechend aus oder ist nach wie vor noch alles offen ?

Für viele (einschließlich mir) ist es leider schwierig das ganze amerikanische Juristen-Englisch-Finanzzeugs zu verstehen. Trotzdem sehr interessant und letztendlich das bessere Lotto (so hoffe ich :-) ).

Ich sehe meine ESCROW-Shares auch weiterhin als eine CHANCE; ob die allerdings "vielversprechend" ist, muss sich erst noch zeigen  ;-))  Die bei seinem Anfang im Jahre 2008 schier ERSCHLAGENDE Unübersichtlichkeit dieses Chapter-11-Verfahrens stammt ganz eindeutig von seiner überwältigenden Durchsetztheit mit Claim(s)-TRANSFERS, also mit genau jenen Vorgängen, bei denen ein SELLER (=Verkäufer) eines tatsächlichen oder nur vorgeblichen CLAIM's (=Forderung) denselben als ein TRANSFEROR (=Übergeber) an einen BUYER oder PURCHASER (=Käufer) als den TRANSFEREE (=Empfänger) dieses gekauften Claim's nach besiegeltem Verkauf/Kauf dann TRANSFERIERT (=überträgt).

Als vor nunmehr über 3 Jahren die informelle Verständigung lief, wer uns die (weiterhin anhaltende!) Orgie derer Claim(s)-TRANSFERS in diesen Discussions-Faden hinein "spiegeln" könnte, hat sich keiner gemeldet, auch ich nicht, da sehr schnell klar war, dass wir mindestens FÜNF Personen benötigen würden, um die teilweise bis zu 200 Claim(s)-Transfers pro Tag überhaupt schaffen zu können.

Auch heute noch liegen die Claim(s)-TRANSFERS dieses LEHMAN-Verfahrens weit über dem Durchschnitt anderer Chapter-11-Verfahren, und zwar ist der Forderungs-UMSCHLAG nicht nur in ABSOLUTEN Zahlen, sondern auch RELATIV weiterhin stark erhöht, also im Procent-Anteil jener Dockets, die einen Claim(s)-Transfer repraesentieren, verglichen mit allen anderen Dockets.

Und im CENTRUM dieses Forderungs-CAROSELL's stehen die  Portfolio-MANAGERS wie auch die FUNDS, obwohl sie auf den ersten Blick am wenigsten daran Beteiligte sind...

habe samstag post von lehman brother administrator bekommen. sie lehnen mein bestandt von aktien ab, obwohl ich diese vor der eröffnung des konkurses hatte, habe auch ein depotauszug beigelegt. sie geben mir die möglichkeit bis zu 20 tagen diese nach zureichen,ich sollte dazu noch schreiben der bestandt des Jahresauszug (depot) ist höher als nach der eröffnung des konkurses bis zur entgültigen ausbuchung, soll man alle konto auszüge einreichen mit einer bestätigung von notar, soll der antrag vormlos sein,oder gibt es da ein bsp. danke für die antwort in voraus,
