Ganz so viel Arbeit ist es nun auch wieder nicht! - Ich muss mir die  SUBPOENAS  ja eh' anschauen, weil sie unter Anderem dazu dienen sollen, der Fabrication von Forderungs-Grundlagen auf die Schliche zu kommen und in Vergessenheit geratene Vermögens-Bestandteile wiederzufinden.

Und WEM da jeweils "auf den Zahn gefühlt" wird, interessiert ja nicht nur mich ganz alleine. - Da liegt es doch nahe, das, was Andere auch interessiert, in diesem Forum geschwind mit ihnen zu teilen!

Der kleine Mehr-Aufwand für's Formatieren und Verlinken erscheint mir vertretbar.

WICHTIG ist nur, dass es auch GELESEN wird,
sonst würd' ich's nicht machen.

"Nach den Zinsmanipulationen bei Großbanken hat die Bafin-Chefin Elke KÖNIG im "Spiegel" das System zur Erhebung des wichtigen Liborsatzes kritisiert. "Der Libor-Zins lud zu Manipulationen geradezu ein", sagte die Präsidentin der Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (Bafin) dem Nachrichtenmagazin. Der Liborsatz wird von Banken ermittelt und genutzt, wenn sie sich untereinander Geld leihen. Zahlreiche Großbanken sollen zwischen 2005 und 2011 Versuche unternommen haben, diesen Satz zu manipulieren.

KÖNIG betonte gegenüber dem "Spiegel", der Liborsatz werde allein von der Privatwirtschaft erhoben, ohne Kontrolle von außen. "Aus heutiger Sicht macht mich das sprachlos." Die Industrie habe sich "blind" auf den Satz verlassen. "Mich erinnert das an den unbedingten Glauben an die Urteile der Rating-Agenturen." Als Grundlage zur Ermittlung des Libor sollten anstelle von Schätzungen reale Transaktionen herangezogen werden.

Im LIBOR-Skandal war als erste Bank BARCLAYS zur Rechenschaft gezogen worden. Händler des Hauses hatten mit falschen Angaben den Satz künstlich niedrig gehalten"...
