"...The State of California has advised that the refunds will be paid in the fourth quarter of 2016. The total refund, including interest, is estimated to be between $39 .0 and $40.0 million. Based on the settlement, the Trust will receive between $7.8 million and $ 8.0 million, in accordance with the tax refund all ocations set forth in the GSA..."

Februar 2017 18,8 Mio. $ an die LTI-Holder aus... ;-)
The next scheduled Distribution Date is February 1, 2017, at which time, the Trust will distribute $18.8 million to LTI holders. The principal source of funds is the receipt of a distribution from the Tax Refund Escrow Account (see Note 6).

p.s. Peinlich, peinlich, zumal die "Bösen" in diesem Thread wieder einmal Recht hatten, lol... ;-)

..., dafür diese doch recht "konträre" Aussage... ;-)
"...Based on current conditions, management estimates total expenses for the remainder of the Trust through March 19, 2018 to be approximately $19.7 million. Therefore, management has recorded an increase of $4.6 million to the Trusts Operating Reserve for the quarter ending December 31, 2016. The Trust currently estimates total costs from the Effective Date through the end of the Trust to be $101.5 million.
The Trust does not have predictable revenue-generating operations; therefore, in an effort to ensure that the Trust has adequate funds on hand to fund the possible increase in operational costs associated with, among other things litigating employee claims to final resolution, as of December 31, 2016, the Trust withheld $ 9.7 million from funds otherwise available for distribution. After giving effect to this additional hold-back, total funds available for operational purposes totals approximately $29.4 million..."

Und der Trust schreibt ja expressis verbis: "The Trust does not have predictable revenue-generating operations..."
was genau meinen die mit:
Additionally, LTI holders who made elections to receive common stock in Reorganized WMI to settle their claims will have their LTI balances further adjusted for funds distributed to Reorganized WMI, pursuant to the Plan of Reorganization's treatment of litigation proceeds.
"20.2
Reorganized Common Stock Election
:
On the Ballot, each holder of an Allowed PIERS Claim shall be provided the right to elect, in its sole and absolute discretion, to receive such holders Pro Rata Share of the Common Stock Allotment in lieu of (i) fifty percent (50%) of such holders Litigation Proceeds Interest (solely in its capacity as a holder of an Allowed PIERS Claim) and (ii) subject to the provisions of Section 31.14 of the Plan, some or all of the Runoff Notes that such holder otherwise is entitled to receive pursuant to Section 20.1 of the Plan. To the extent a holder of an Allowed PIERS Claim receives Reorganized Common Stock pursuant to the foregoing election, such holders share of the Runoff Notes to which the election was effective shall not be issued and Reorganized WMI shall retain an economic interest in the Litigation Proceeds equal to fifty percent (50%) of the Litigation Proceeds (and such interest shall not constitute a component of the Liquidating Trust Assets) such holder otherwise would have received (solely in its capacity as a holder of an Allowed PIERS Claim) (and the holders rights in respect of distributions from the Liquidating Trust shall be adjusted to the extent such proceeds are received by Reorganized WMI)."
