Upgrade Announces Beta Testing Agreement
SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 25, 2000--Upgrade International Corp. (OTCBB:UPGD) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with Emprise Management Group AG to conduct commercialization beta testing of the UltraCard, Inc. cards and readers.
Upgrade and Emprise Management Group AG will hold a joint press conference Wednesday, March 1st 2000, to elaborate further on their commercialization agreements and plans.
