VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA–(Marketwired – July 2, 2015) - Pyng Medical Corp. (TSX VENTURE:PYT) (the “Company” or “Pyng“) announces that on July 1, 2015 it granted a total of 315,000 options to purchase common shares of the Company to certain Directors and Officers as well as an Advisory Board Member of the Company in accordance with the Company’s stock option plan dated March 18, 2005, as amended and restated on March 5, 2008 and March 31, 2011. The options will vest immediately, expire on July 1, 2019 and have an exercise price of $0.05 per common share.
