ADK.V AMAZING POST
Diagnos is once again moving forward with this latest placement, I suspect this initiative by an already profitable company is intended to further strengthen ADK's financial independence, fund technical developments on its products, and secure future business opportunities including perhaps land claims acquisitions.
Consider the timing, we are in the midst of market turmoil yet the placement is offered with very unusual terms, namely the exercise period of warrants. In the vast majority of cases the validity period exceeds 12 months, the average being 18 months, yet ADK imposed a very short expiry deadline of 6 months at a price significantly higher than the shares purchase price despite a gloomy atmosphere on capital markets. The known presence of insiders also says much, in fact the timing of this PP leads me to believe it isn't intended to be sold to retail investors but rather large customers who have already expressed strong interest in Diagnos; I can hardly imagine serious underwriters taking up a brokerage contract to raise funds in these troubled times without having solid interest from existing holders.
Announcements of placements are often followed by depreciation of the stock, that's precisely what we got, probably in anticipation of this rule applying once again, but the trend was quickly reversed when all noticed this stock is no ordinary one.
The question is not whether it'll hit .85$ but when it'll hit 1$. Considering the trading pattern, accumulation of contracts, and now private placement, my view is that it can't be far off. I expect the placement to close as quickly as regulatory requirements allow
