Hier haben wir in diesem Verfahren also das erste Mal einen Fall, wo eine Omnibus Objection to Claim(s) nicht nur gegen einzelne beanstandete "Forderungen" oder auch Forderungen vorübergehend oder auch endesgültig zurückgezogen worden ist, sondern die Omnibus Objection gleich ganz complett! - Wir haben also abzuwarten, ob dieser Forderungs-Einspruch nur vorübergehend zurückzogen wurde und, wie schon oft früher, in anderer Form wieder auflebt - oder endgültig zurückzogen ist...

Allerdings betrifft der vorübergehende oder endgültige Rückzug des Einspruchs auch nur einen einzigen Einspruches-Gegner  :-))

USA wollen Banker wegen Finanzkrise drankriegen

Erstmals versucht die US-Justiz leitende Banker wegen dubioser Geschäfte, die zur Weltfinanzkrise 2007 führten, persönlich zur Verantwortung zu ziehen.

   Das US-Justizministerium arbeitet Kreisen zufolge mit Hochdruck an strafrechtlichen Verfahren gegen leitende Mitarbeiter der Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) und J.P. Morgan wegen zweifelhafter Hypothekengeschäfte vor der Finanzkrise.
   Es werde geprüft, ob die Banker wegen Betrugs angeklagt werden könnten, sagten mit den Ermittlungen vertraute Personen. Die Manager sollen Warnungen von Mitarbeitern ignoriert und Wertpapiere aufgelegt haben, in denen zu viele Hypothekenkredite mit mangelhafter Qualität gebündelt waren.
   Sollte es zu einer Anklageerhebung kommen, so zählten sie zu den ersten, in denen Angestellte der größten Wall-Street-Firmen persönlich wegen Fehlverhaltens in der Subprimekrise zur Verantwortung gezogen werden. Das US-Justizministerium will die Verfahren vor dem Ende der Amtszeit von US-Präsident Barack Obama im Januar 2017 und vor Eintritt der Verjährungsfrist von 10 Jahren im Laufe desselben Jahres abschließen.
