Man hätte denen Mohrs einen Gerichts-Erfolg wirklich gegönnt, aber die factische Basis ihrer tapfer verteidigten Forderungs-Einreichung war einfach zu schwach. - Außerdem war bis zuletzt nicht ganz klar, ob von ihnen in Gestalt derer Lehman Brothers überhaupt der Richtige verklagt worden ist...

... Forderung, deren Substanz ich nach wie vor für moralisch vollstens berechtigt halte, auch wenn ihre, ja auch durch den Weg ihrer Einreichung beeinflusste, factische Basis sich inzwischen als zu wenig belastbar herausgestellt hat,

bleibt selbst-redend auch weiters zu hoffen, dass diese tapfere Familie über ihrem (eigentlich unnötigen) Kleinkrieg mit Lehman "bitte nicht andere Fristen versäumen möge, da sie mit ihrer ganz pünctlich gegen die Lehman Brothers eingereichten Forderung wahrscheinlich die ganz Falschen 'am Wickel' hat",

wie von mir unter "Es ist NATÜRLICH davon auszugehen" ja auch schon ahnungsvoll formuliert worden war...
