Deutsche Bank legt Streit mit Lehman über CDO bei

"Die Deutsche Bank kann einen Schluss-Strich unter einen Prozess um "Schrottpapiere" ziehen. Das Frankfurter Institut hat sich in einem Rechtsstreit mit der Lehman Brothers Holdings über als "Gemstone VI" bekannte forderungsbesicherte Wertpapiere (CDO) geeinigt.

Die 2008 kollabierte US-Bank hatte vor einigen Jahren neben der Deutschen Bank einige große Wall-Street-Institute verklagt. Sie fungierten als Treuhänder, bei ihnen lagen die Sicherheiten für die CDOs. Die Deutsche Bank AG war Treuhänder für die mehr als 600 Millionen Dollar des Gemstone VI.

Der DAX-Konzern muss im Zuge der Einigung eine "substantielle Zahlung" an LEHMAN leisten, wie aus einer Mitteilung der US-Gesellschaft an das Konkursgericht hervorgeht. Ihre Anwälte hatten geltend gemacht"...
