Ableauctions Launches iTrustee.com - A Reseller Platform for the Trustee,Auctioneer and Liquidation Segment

FIFE, Wash., Feb 25, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Ableauctions.com Inc. (AMEX:AAC) (the "Company") announced today that following several months of development and consultation with trustees, liquidators and auctioneers, it has launched iTrustee.com, a reseller platform to expose bank and trustee inventories, as well as distressed merchandise, exclusively to resellers, auctioneers and liquidators.

Simultaneously, in an effort to fuel transactions and introduce asset lending services, the Company has incorporated a California based entity called Unlimited Closeouts Inc. and has engaged a prominent liquidator in the area to direct its operations. Endeavoring to increase exposure to the new platform, the Company has entered into a marketing agreement with the National Auctioneers Association (NAA) to be prominently featured on the back cover of the association's publications and directory, which reach approximately 6,500 auctioneers and liquidators. Within 30 days, the Company also expects to complete the integration process of the products listed on its platform with eBay and eBay Business Marketplace.

With the implementation of the new platform (Tier 2), the Company expects to more than double its revenues and significantly increases its gross profits. The Company expects to earn commissions ranging from 10% to 25% of the entire inventory sold through the platform, compared to 2.5% to 5% of only the product that sells on-line from its iCollector.com (Tier 1) operations.

Products on iTrustee.com are available to the general public for limited viewing, however, at the discretion of the trustee, bidding on certain products will be restricted to pre-qualified auctioneers and resellers.

Beyond presenting an innovative value proposition for this market, Ableauctions is addressing unfulfilled needs of industry players. For trustees, this platform provides a forum to reach auctioneers and resellers beyond their traditional geographic areas. For auctioneers, the company has created a level playing field to present their services to trustees. For resellers, iTrustee.com is a venue to access a new channel of liquidation merchandise. For the Company, the addition of this tier (trustee to auctioneers transactions) is a natural progression form its first tier services (auctioneer to retail transactions) through iCollector.com.

The platform currently lists a wide range of deals from foreclosed properties, real estate and industrial goods to clothing and electronics. For a more detailed listing, visit www.itrustee.com

Ableauctions Completes Development of Point-of-Sale Software and Outlines Strategy

3/23/04 9:30am

FIFE, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 23, 2004--Ableauctions.com Inc. (AMEX:AAC) (the "Company") announced today that it has completed the development of its single-user Windows based Point-of-Sale software and has commenced installation of the software into existing sites. An extended version of the software, with enhanced features and multi-user capabilities, and eBay uploads is expected to follow shortly.

The Company, for the most part, realizes revenue from the following streams:

Auction Broadcast Services -- broadcast of live auctions over the Internet using its own technology (www.ableauctions.com/technology) or eBay's Live Auction technology, and related products, development, catalogue production and auction services (www.icollectorlive.com/services.aspx).

Point-of-Sale (POS) and Hardware Services -- the sale, installation and support of its Point-Of-Sale (POS) software, development, support and maintenance of auction websites, custom hardware and network configurations, services provided through its recently acquired subsidiary Rapidfusion Technologies Inc. (www.rapidfusion.com/technology).

Liquidation Services -- the sale of merchandise through its liquidation stores or auctions, and the fees realized from inventory brokerage services through its itrustee.com and Unlimited Closeouts operations.

In 2003, the Company realized approximately 38% of its revenues from Auction Broadcast Services, 30% though POS and Hardware Services and 32% through Liquidation Services. With the primary objective of becoming the leading provider of Auction Broadcast services, management believes the success of the Company relies on its ability to deploy its technology and services to the estimated 12,000 auctioneers across North America.

Management believes that the Integrating of POS technology with Internet broadcasting capabilities to develop an auction technology suite that specifically caters to auctioneers and liquidators may bring the Company one step closer to its objective. The technology suite under current development is designed to enable auctioneers and liquidators to:

--  Broadcast live auctions over the Internet

--  Manage the back-end of auction operations

--  Schedule, upload and broadcast auctions seamlessly to either
run on eBay Live Auctions or on the Company's proprietary
        technology.

--  Integrate auction operations with Point-of-Sale (POS) software
that enables users to manage a bricks-and-mortar liquidation
store as well upload inventory to be sold on either eBay core
or eBay Live Auctions, making it one of the first POS systems
        capable of such.

The software is to manage and track inventory, assets and consigned products, for both virtual and bricks-and-mortar stores. The Company has long believed that the option for retail stores to upload surplus inventories seamlessly to eBay or Ableauctions broadcast technology will be met with a positive reaction.

Ableauctions Reports Third Quarter 2004

15.11.04 18:19
Ableauctions.com, Inc.Quick Quote:AAC0.42 (-0.04)Ableauctions Reports Third Quarter 2004 Results11/15/04     FIFE, Wash., Nov 15, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Ableauctions.com Inc. (AMEX:AAC) (the "Company") today announced the results of operations for the quarter ended September 30, 2004, reflecting growth in what is traditionally a slow time for the Company's auction and liquidation business. The Company reported revenue of $1,293,110 for the quarter ended September 30, 2004, compared to revenue of $170,101 during the same period in 2003, an increase of 660%. For the nine-month period ended September 30, 2004, the Company reported revenue of $3,769,243, compared to $473,938 for the same period in 2003, an increase of 695%. The Company posted a better picture for income from operations for the quarter ended September 30, 2004, reporting income from operations of $82,590 before depreciation, amortization and loss from discontinued operations, compared to $52,994 during the same period in 2003, an increase of 55.8%. The Company abandoned the computer resale operations of 652297 B.C. Ltd., doing business as ANO Office Automation (ANO), and took a one-time charge of $45,096 from discontinued operations as a result. The ANO operations, which were not related directly to the Company's primary line of business, were stagnant and had a negative impact on the Company's overall operations. The divestment of ANO enables Ableauctions to focus on its objective of becoming one of the leading auction and liquidation services companies in the world. After depreciation, amortization and loss from discontinued operations, the Company reported net earnings of $11,383 for the quarter ended September 30, 2004, compared to $40,902 during the same period in 2003. For the nine-month period ended September 30, 2004, the Company reported net earnings of $165,897 compared to $77,404 for the same period in 2003. Shareholders' equity, defined as the value of the Company's assets minus its liabilities, also increased for the seventh consecutive quarter to $9,163,376 from $9,081,677 as of June 30, 2004. Gross profits were $300,455 or approximately 23% of revenues for the three-month period ended September 30, 2004, compared to $118,865 or approximately 70% of revenues for the period ended September 30, 2003. The decrease in gross profit as a percentage of revenue reflects the performance of the liquidation services group, Unlimited Closeouts, Inc. and iTrustee.com, which operate on lower gross profit margins than our auction broadcasting services. OUTLOOK Technology -- the Company, in its mission to be a world leader in providing auction houses with Internet auction technology and services related to broadcasting auctions on the Internet, released the latest version of its live auction broadcasting technology, incorporating new bidding and broadcasting functions. Following months of extensive development and collaboration with the auction industry, the Company released the latest version with numerous important enhancements. Effective December 4, 2004, the Company expects to run charity auctions monthly designed to illustrated and test the technology. The Company is also actively recruiting senior management staff from within the auction industry to facilitate broader deployment of the Company's auction technology. Expansion and Acquisitions -- looking forward, management has set a number of aggressive goals for the coming months as it continues to build on its strengths in the auction and liquidation industry for future growth. It continues to negotiate aggressively with industry leaders to further expand its operations by partnering with or by acquiring companies that add breadth to its core competencies and enhance its business model. The Company earns revenues from providing the following products and services: 1. Auction Broadcast Services -- The Company broadcasts industrial auctions over the Internet using its own technology (www.ableauctions.com/technology) through www.NAALive.com. The Company broadcasts antique and collectible auctions over the Internet using eBay's Live Auction technology through www.iCollector.com and the Company provides auction-related products and services for a fee (www.icollectorlive.com/services.aspx). 2. Point-of-Sale (POS) -- Through its subsidiary, Rapidfusion Technologies, Inc. (www.rapidfusion.com/technology), the Company sells, installs and supports Point-Of-Sale (POS) software that it has developed, along with related hardware. 3. Liquidation Services -- The Company sells merchandise through its liquidation stores, auctions and through the operations of its subsidiary, Unlimited Closeouts, Inc. It also generates revenues through its inventory brokerage services, iTrustee.com (www.itrustee.com). In 2003 the Company emerged with an impressive business model and laid a solid foundation on which to build an exciting technology company going forward. In the process, it made significant progress towards accomplishing many of its objectives and milestones. In the first quarter of 2004, the Company's revenues exceeded all of the revenue earned during 2003. In the third quarter of 2004, the Company posted revenue of $1,293,110, bringing the nine-month year-to-date revenue for 2004 to $ 3,769,243. It has increased its outlook on the performance of its live auction services and has managed to attract some of the world's leading auction houses and service providers to partner with it in delivering its technology and services. The Company has developed innovative technology, that it continuously refines, that enables auction houses to broadcast auctions on the Internet, and it has established an experienced management team and board of directors, all dedicated to building a significant global technology company. The Company has also been successful in securing financing. In 2003, the Company raised $4 million in private offerings of securities that included large institutional investors. It has no long term debt and over $5.5 million in cash and short-term investments. Shareholder's equity has increased to over $9 million and management is constantly looking for new ways to produce revenue streams that will benefit the Company in years to come. With innovative technology, good management and the support of its shareholders, management looks forward to achieving its goals in the coming years.
