Da wäre eine vertrauliche Mail zu Susman oder Hochberg sicherer und vermutlich auch sinnvoller.

Das denke ich auch. Du hast schon so viele und so interessante Dinge ans Tageslicht gefördert z.B. in einem Deiner letzten Postigs über die immer weniger werdenden Milliardenbeträge in den Büchern beim Wechsel von Wamu zu JPM ( komme jetzt leider nicht auf die genaue Bezeichnung), dass ich mich frage: Warum schickt der Kerl das nicht zu Susman oder Hochberg. Das sind auch nur Menschen und könne etwas übersehen. Und wenn sie es nicht übersehen, dann wissen die, dass mindestens ein Aktionär ist, der es weiß!

Ich würde es sehr begrüßen, wenn Du Deine Recherchen an Suzi und Hochberg weitergibtst. Diese Energie wird wirken. Und Energie steckt in Deiner Arbeit!!!

Jest.. You are correct sir. Keep in mind that someone in the know ordered WMB to move the FHLB Seattle and FHLB San Francisco deposits out of WMB and into JPM by COB Sept 24th. The order was given on Sept 19th. WMB was in the process of moving 4.2 Bil (WMI) and 4.1 Billion from FHLBs that contributed to the FDIC seizure crutch of (liquidity deposit runs) the run was a total of 16 Billion and had subsided on Sept 23rd.. WAMU had survived another one, but the FDIC had already negotiated its fate. 8.3 Billion is over 50% of the reported (to the media) 16 Billion run.. I want the examiner to find out who was withdrawing and who ordered the removal of FHLB money, We know the BOD wanted the WMI money moved.

Good Job Lebo, XOM, Clawman etc.. etc... It seems many of you have been hard at work, while I have been hard at play! I am almost done with my vacation and WAMUQ is performing exactly like I predicted it would 1.5 weeks ago. Now here is what is happening with the preferreds. Many have been speculating that the news is affecting the PPS of U's, but not the preferreds.

It's simple math. The anticipation from the newbies is here, the excitement from the short-termers is moving the stock. Most longs have locked in many moons ago and are riding along. Many longs will not flip this stock, because they know as soon as they do, the rocket they have been waiting on for over a year now, will launch off the pad and they will be left out. So most LOngs will not flip the stock. Some will flip a small portion (not their core) to make some extra change.

Preferreds are not very well known to the market. All Al Scott or WSJ has to do is tell the symbols of all 4 stocks for WAMU and BOOM they will all slowly start moving. Once a newbie comes on to the Hub, Yahoo, whatever and learns about the percentages and risks of each, they become informed and will make their selections. Longs are well aware of the preferreds, bonds and commons. However I have talked to some who are moving out of preferreds (partially) and going back into commons in anticipation of the Aug 27th runup (7 trading days before Spet 7th). Now if a Long sells some preferreds (especially 1 week ago) and bought commons with it, they would have made a good percentage of change on the run-up that could be used to increase preferred ratios or pocket some change. Longs will only move in and out and not completely out unless changes (in finances) warrant the need to exit with profits.

If you want the preferreds to go up, you have to alert the newbies of the series and the risks vs payout of each. If you want them to stay down, just keep very quiet (and hunt some bunny wabbits !!!)

I am in Portland until the weekend, then I head home. I have missed quite a bit in 3 weeks and will need to catch up after returning home. We will be in the midst of a new run by then.

We should see a serious gap tomorrow if the charts are gonna hold.

dass die kleinen wichtigtuer, die jeden tag hier in das forum geschwemmt wurden und ihren kommentar abgegeben haben wie z.b.( totalverlust,was wollt ihr..hier gibt es nichts zu holen....)
komplett verschwunden sind. vielleicht haben sie ja auch mitbekommen von dem ca 50 % igen anstieg der letzten tage und kapieren langsam, dass hier doch der punk abgehen kann....

es ist echt angenehm ohne die affen und es bringt auch glück! LOL

Am 7.9 ist ein "Zwischen" Bericht (Original: vorläufiger Bericht) des Examiners geplant.

Ich selbst habe diese "Hintertür" der FDIC weiterhin im Auge, weil das immer noch auf ein schon beschlossenes Settlement hinweist, das der Examiner nur offiziell mit Belegen fest macht. Nur so kann man ein Settlement auch rechtskräftig angehen und auch gerichtlich absegnen...das passt im Moment alles optimal zusammen.

Aber auf Grund der immer noch absoluten Funkstille ALLER Parteien, ist es natürlich weiterhin möglich, dass hier noch überhaupt nichts in trockenen Tüchern ist. Aber auch das macht mir schon seit längerem keine schlaflosen Sekunden mehr, denn WIR sind ganz klar dominant und federführend im Wertefindungsprozess...
