Kurze Frage an dich. Ich beobachte nun schon seit mehreren Jahren, dass du deine Zeit hier opferst und das teilweise zu Unzeiten.

Was erhoffst du dir denn damit!? Die ganze Sache ist doch längst Geschichte. Lass die Geschichte ruhen, für uns Kleinanleger fällt doch nichts ab.

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., as Plan Administrator, announced today in a court filing the percentage recovery that will be distributed on March 31, 2016 to holders of allowed claims against Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. and its various affiliated Debtors (collectively “Lehman”).

Lehman’s aggregate ninth distribution to unsecured creditors pursuant to its confirmed chapter 11 plan will total approximately $1.6 billion. This distribution includes (1) $1.3 billion of payments on account of third-party claims, which includes non-controlled affiliate claims, and (2) $0.3 billion of payments among the Lehman Debtors and their controlled affiliates (see Exhibit B to the court filing, Docket # 52347, for further detail). Kurz zur Erklärung:

Es hat hier in diesem Discussions-Faden im Märzen des Jahres 2010, also vor nunmehr etwas über 6 Jahren, eine erste wirksame Verständigung zu einer Art Arbeitsteilung gegeben, die damals das sorgfaltige Reporting derer Short Interests betroffen hatte, wodurch ich für mein Reporting derer Dockets eine längere Zeit lang sehr entlastet worden bin.

Vorgeschlagen hatte diese Entlastung damals Lou2009, und nachlesbar ist der von mir sehr gerne angenommene, damalige Vorschlag zur Arbeitsteilung ab hier:

... vor der damaligen Vereinbahrung mit Lou2009 hatte ich mit einem iHub-User eine Übereinkunft dahin gehend getroffen, dass ich die Dockets zeitnah auf Ariva reporte, er sich aber - ebenfalls hier bei uns auf Ariva - um die Verlinkung aller ihm greifbaren Presse-Commentare - und auch um etwaige "Analysten"-Einschätzungen kümmert...

Ob er sich nach dieser Vereinbahrung hier überhaupt jemals eingeloggt hat, ist mir aber leider überhaupt gar nicht wisslich!

Jeden Falles hat er das mir (und vielleicht auch Anderen?) gegebene Versprechen niemals erfüllt, so dass die seinerzeitige Vereinbahrung mit Lou2009 hier nach wie vor als die erste förmlich angebahnte und mit Leben erfüllte Arbeits-Teilung in Sachen Lehman-Berichterstattung anzuseh'n ist.

Und nachdem das Reporting derer Short Interests aus denen uns Allen bekannten Gründen zusehends uninteressant wurde, sind dann andere Ariva-Users in das Versprechen des iHub-Users eingetreten, alle ihnen irgendwie greifbaren Presse-Commentare und sonstigen Einschätzungen nach hier zu verlinken, wofür ich allen daran Beteiligten sehr zu Dank verpflichtet bin, da  ich hierdurch für mein Reporting derer Docket nach wie vor entlastet werde.

... mag aus Deiner Sicht verständlich sein, geht aber in meinen Augen doch etwas an der Sache vorbei: Denn ganz sicherlich werden hier Alle (natürlich auch ich), die das consequente Reporting derer Dockets jemals befürwortet haben, eine Recovery für die Share Holders vorsichtig positiv eingeschätzt haben...

Und, soweit das mich selber betrifft, hat sich daran auch gar nichts geändert.
Aber: Muss denn nicht auf Deine Frage auch die Gegen-Frage erlaubt sein?

Nehmen wir nur einmal an, alle an dem hiesigen Chapter-11-Verfahren hier weiterhin Interessierten wären ganz plötzlich von vorsichtigen Optimisten hin zu schwärzesten Pessimisten mutiert - würde das an unserem Interesse am weiteren Fortgang dieses Verfahrens irgendwas ändern?

Alle, die sich auf diese Geschichte irngswann eingelassen haben, wollen doch wissen, wie diese Sache irgendwann ausgeht! - Wie soll das denn gehen, ganz ohne die den Gang des Verfahrens doch stets getreulich widerspiegelnden Dockets?

Die chronologische Verlinkung derer Dockets habe ich seinerzeit aus freien Stücken versprochen, und die Erfüllung dieses Versprechens ist doch völlig unabhängig davon, wie sich dieses Verfahren weiter entwickelt. - Umgekehrt wird ein Schuh daraus:
Die Dockets sind eine wichtige Voraussetzung dafür, überhaupt verlässlich zu erfahren, ob und wie sich die Sache weiter entwickelt...
