na da bin ich ja mal gespannt ob man da alle interessen unter einen hut bekommt.....bis zum 4 november soll der mediator einen status report einreichen welcher aussagen soll ob die mediation erfolgreich war oder ob sie zu keinem ergebniss geführt hat oder ob man noch weitere zeit benötigt....am 7 novembersoll es dann eine status conference geben bei der das gericht entscheidet welche schlüße es aus dem status report ziehen soll...
