Zu Antwort: Ja. Es sind nur folgende Berufsgruppen befreit:

- Streitkräfte (in US eh klar)
- Feuerwehr und Polizei
- public officers der einzelnen Regierungen/Verwaltungen

ich stimme mit catz da fast überein, was mich etwas stutzig macht, wieso werden bei nichtverfügbaren terminen die termine dann immer nach hinten verschoben?

walrath hat doch immer wieder termine, die ausfallen, also warum gibts da nicht mal einen, der nach vorne rutscht?

ich bin mir ziemlich sicher, dass walrath als konkursrichterin nicht richterin der judikative ist, sondern organ der exekutive (siehe stern urteil des scotus).

läuft weiter. Neueste Strategie ist jetzt anscheinend, den Kurs vor sich hindümpeln zu lassen, anstatt den Anleger mit kurzfristigen Spitzen zu schocken.
Wie dem auch sei, mich werden sie nicht mehr los. Dafür gibt es zu viele positive Indikatoren, wie z.B.:
- Leute, deren IDs gesperrt werden, weil sie die Berufsbasher angehen (w:o)
- kein Ausverkauf, sprich, hochzocken des Kurses von den MMs, um die Shares noch teuer loszuwerden, bevor eine negative Entscheidung ansteht
- immer noch vorhandene Schweineschwänzchen im Kursverlauf... ;-)
- und, last but not least, die Charttechnik, deren erklärter Anhänger ich ja bekanntermaßen bei dieser Aktie bin:
Es hat sich ein Doppelhoden herausgebildet, klar zu erkennen gleich neben dem Skisack.
Das ebenfalls vorhandene Schweineschwänzchen ist, behaupte ich, das längste, das ich je gesehen habe. Die Siebenundzwanzigminutenlinie kreuzt sich mit der Achtundreißigsekundenlinie. Vorsicht: Dies bitte nicht überbewerten, könnte auch nur eine schnelle Nummer sein...
Wie dem auch sei:
Ich habe meine Körbchen positioniert, eins in Größe A bei 0,05 Dollar, und eins in DD bei 8 Dollar... ;-)

On another note...

Don mentioned something that I think is infinitely important. Everyone thinks I do so much. But what many of you don't realize is how many people are working behind me, helping me to make things happen.

There are three people on this particular board that don't really get the credit they deserve for being part of the backbone of my activities. There are others on Yahoo, but here on iHub, these three should be recognized.

Luv2shop (Cat): This woman has taken on WaMu as a full time job and has pretty much received almost no compensation. She has a daughter with not one, but two extremely rare diseases (one of which is life-threatening). And she spends a rediculous amount of time taking care of me and my needs. And recently she not only took care of my medical needs, she saved me from having to go to the hospital.

JoePick (Joe): This guy has bailed me out so many times, I stopped counting. He takes me to the store when I need something. He picks up paper and toner when I run out. He does obscene amounts of DD whenever I ask. He is the one that takes me to and from the airport whenever I go to Delaware. He calls to check up on me when I'm in Wilmington. If I need something in the middle of a hearing...he's the first one I call. I've always said that James Berg is the guy I want backing me up in court. Well Joe is the guy I want backing me up out of court.

Uzualsuzpect (M): He has always been there for me. From the first time I started posting on this board. Long before anyone knew who I was, he knew who I was. And he's always been available to give me advice when I needed it. He's done DD for me. He's backed up Cat when she was working on my projects. And he's constantly giving me moral support for everything from objections to random postings. The truth is...sometimes you just need a friend out there who has your back. And Uz has always had mine.

So, while I am humbled by how much you all have treated me with such gratitude...it would be selfish and dishonest to not be truthful with you all about these individuals and their contribution to this case and to me personally. There is simply no conceivable way that I could have done these things without the support and hard work of these people. And they should get equal credit along side me.

Danke für Denen Hinweis bzgl. der "if it`s not settled"-Bemerkung. Schade eigentlich, da habe ich wohl nicht weit genug zurückgelesen. Es wär halt so schön gewesen, wenn Mary unserem Brian damit ein bischen Feuer unterm Allerwertesten hätte machen wollen.

Ich habe das etwas grob übersetzt, weil ich an diesen Punkt nicht sofort gedacht habe. Der O-Ton ist:

"public officers" of federal, state or local governments, who are actively engaged full-time innthe performance of public duties.

Damit dürften die Organe der Legislative gemeint sein, wahrscheinlich sogar die gewählten Personen (was auch Sinn machen würde).

Damit dürfte JMW als potenzielle Geschworene in Betracht kommen, was sich auch mit ihrer Aussage decken würde.

nur mal für den WMI Rätsel Kalender, W:O Pfandi hat in soviel Tagen Geburtstag, wie Liz Taylor Jahre alt geworden ist.

Wir könnten ja eine kleinen Geschenkgutschein machen, damit er auch mal Urlaub hat.

Ich stell mir da so ein "ausgebuchtes" Kreuzfahrtschiff vor,  mit "Rosen" in der Kabine und
